i helped my fren to sell a phone on GSales to one of the member in lowyat.net named R (user) a week ago..

and i sold it to him at RM6xx and today i noticed another member is selling that same phone (my frens phone) on GSales at RM7xx and he is using another ID named H (dealer)..

can he ( R / H ) really do that?

I don't find it wrong. It's his choice to sell the phone. However maybe he's wrong in sense of having 2 accounts. But he could have just sold it with his primary account R, since there's nothing wrong to selling it.

yeah...selling it nothing wrong..

just that he use R to buy and use H to sell...If i know he is H, i wouldnt wanna "sell" to him..bcos there are actually other serious buyers....

he made a profit throught this anything wrong? good trader there lol

cos i oso kena before.. that sucker actually jack up the price n try to sell it again but then think of it again im glad he traded his phone wit me.
for now the burden to sell the phone is on him now.

Why not? I have seen ppl buy thing from forumer and sell back next day at higher price.... many times already

seriously, i didn't see any wrong there. You sold it to him, is his property already. No matter what he do with the phone, you also can't do anything, right? He wants to sell at 1k also his business already.

i know re-sellin it is NOT THE PROBLEM..

THE PROBLEM is he uses different account to BUY and SELL..

i tot we are only allowed to have 1 account only?


I think i better CLOSE this thread and consult the MODs or whoever in PM..
