All American Express payment is best used on Lazada for TnG PIN
At the moment, Amex only valid via that path.
Don't see any other merchant that accept Amex and provide Cash/Equivalent

Reason is very high likely due to absurd MDR imposed by American Express.
* TnG Charge 1% to 1.5% for MDR
* Boost charge 1% to 1.5% for MDR
* Grabpay 1.5% to 1.8% MDR
* Visa + Mastercard around 2.5% to 4% MDR
* American Express if not mistaken is the highest at the price of 5%+++ MDR

* FPX charge standard fees for processing (i think 50c per transaction ?)
