wouldnt it be more helpful to share what bank/cc you're trying to pay?

from my case, public bank cards has high failure rates.

Buy now can use 2 days later 1 Feb.

Public bank.
Authorization done but failed to complete payment.

I think it is due to server busy. Just do the payment again after 10 to 20 min.

Failed 5 attempts on the rm300 every 10 mins.
Successful on the rm200.

Should I change card or attempt again later?

ahh same experience i had last week

few variations of the errors:

1) immediately failed msg at PB verification page but no SecureSign triggered
2) immediately failed msg at PB verification page but SecureSign triggered
3) PB verification Page OK > triggered SecureSign > Approved Securesign > eventually still fail when redirect back to Zcity

called CS to check, asked to retry later or use other cards.


yeah, gotta keep retrying from time to time, as SecureSign seems couldnt handle it.

I always face scenario no3.

Perhaps attempt again later. I used both HSBC and PBB, both also fail at the first attempt. I repeated several times only succeed.
