keep trying other stores. not everyone here shop at Watsons or used Watson vouchers before, hence no feedback to your question.

this is Watsons issue as they are not trained to accept their own vouchers. zcity may not refund it because voucher is valid.

perhaps try to talk to the store supervisor/manager. maybe they know how to navigate their POS system to accept voucher. counter staffs may not know if their own manager didn't cascade the knowledge downstream.
