Yes, PIB Visa was able to reach the OTP request page.

Tested the PIB MC on Shopeepay & it was OK.

No, I wasn't able to reach OTP page when I use PIB MC on Z-City. But this card works fine on ShopeePay.

But when I use PIB Visa on Z-City, I was able to reach the OTP page.

Same issue, may be try again on the 3rd month (my case works, solved by itself). Called Zcity and Public bank, was told to find other parties for solution.

Just received reply from ipay88.

According to their acquiring bank, the transaction was unsuccessful due to rejected at issuer.

If I'm reading this right, PBB is now banning the PIB Visa from being used at Z-City?

Oh I've called PBB twice in a span of a week & they said they received no transaction attempt at all with the PIB MC.

This is the reason ipay88 gave me which I think translates the same to what you received.


Just had another phone call with PB CS & was advised to email them with screenshots & detail of said transaction. I tested an RM10 payment to Indah Water via ZCity which as expected failed & took that as a screenshot for them.

Let's see how this goes.

I also having the same problem as talexeh, used PBQM purchased TnG pin just now has problem, even cannot reach the OTP page...

Starting March, PIBM cannot be used and now PBQM also has a problem ...

Hi do u guys having problem making payment for now? I tried twice, it hangs just after u click the submit button on ipay88 page.

keep testing daily ... can also try pay bill, initiate payment to cc, attmpt to pay using PiB MC. if it reject immediately without redirecting to OTP page, then we know it's still "down" 

unless you're rushing to fulfill statement cb quota, can buy other days slowly.
