i have this blue color RM5 voucher in all family accounts, seem like is given free to all. Anybody know how to use that? Tried pay bill, the voucher wont show up, tried buy some rojak source again it wont show, tried  mobile reload also cant use it.

i thought my screenshot says rebate RM5 when pay, just like all other vouchers  i used before, instantly reduced that amount.

green voucher yes, real rebate/discount voucher, after used it disappear.
Zcity so misleading put up that blue color "voucher" in the list when it is not.

Just how does the 'Up to 5% Off' for T&G pin work? Random?

Both the pins that I bought yesterday just get 1%.

sometimes they rotate the large deno to smaller deno, probably more accessible/affordable to buyers

My turn to have issue with PBB card. Can't even reach the OTP page & PBB CS mentioned no attempt received from bank's end.

EDIT: Tested with other bank cards & same issue. I guess it's either ipay88 or ZCity that has gone wonky

This is the reason ipay88 gave me which I think translates the same to what you received.

Just had another phone call with PB CS & was advised to email them with screenshots & detail of said transaction. I tested an RM10 payment to Indah Water via ZCity which as expected failed & took that as a screenshot for them.

Let's see how this goes.
