the app has reservation system, hence it can be "maximized".

however, the real issue is their app login session management. if a bot can be built to store/handle multiple accounts without actual login from app, imagine the impact if the bot got leaked/exposed to another party. 

the app is unregulated, hence not thoroughly tested and attested by auditors that their app is truly secure and meet proper security standards (eg https://owasp.org/)
