But took the chance to ask CS about the ongoing zcity issue. CS informed that they are working with the "payment gateway" to fix the issue with ZCity.

at least, CS acknowledged that this is a known issue.

just gotta wait until it gets resolved.....


p/s: not sure this is PB's host/scheme issue OR they are working with iPay88 to resolve it.

clear cache. restart app. -- may not have any effect. worth the try.

retry later again before voucher 'lock' expires.

could be at scheme-level (mastercard) --> which is enforced down to Public Islamic --> merchants (zcity)

however, PiB MC has been working fine with Zcity since last year though. probably Mastercard's monitoring realized the surge recently....
