juz bought a shell voucher from zcity but shell cashier say not accepted here.
I wonder its that required another device to scan the voucher code?
anyone gt this issue b4?

Just tell the shell it is fave..
Normal shell station will know what to do once u say fave..

Yes because not all Shell franchisees are using Fave and ShopeePay due to MDR charges

I suspect the staff is trying to avoid using it as the instructions from the particular petrol station owner to collect more cash to survive and roll on from the severe cash flow doh.gif
