Another less likely reason is the reduction of usable percentage of zcoins. From 5% to 3% for zpin requires almost double the amount of spending to cash out zcoins.

I have OTP and never prompt password. Didn't save any card though. All manual input card number etc.

Need to whine a bit lah because involves loss of income during replacement. To make it worse like my case, never won a single cent with the ambank-T@NGo campaign after getting replacement. Before that, consistently winning.

We don't know what's their plan. My guess is a reduction in PINs to make people spend elsewhere. Selling pins at a discount is equivalent to burning cash. I assume for marketing purposes.

What we do know is they havent been selling pins for like 2 weeks before you became zmember.

I kena this also. So I thought they entire service down, went to do some chores, next thing i know, forum said sold out. Meanwhile, still failed to open properly on my phone, aka jam.
