Hi guys, anyone of your heard about this investment?

Heard from my friend said this company is investing from oversea (Indonesia). They involve in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).

Monthly dividen is given for 24month. After that the capital that we invest will be convert to unit trust and sell to the company back to get the money.

Because this is investing to oversea so it is not monitored by BNM or SCM. But there are same agency that monitoring this activity from Indonesia (similar as BNM @ SCM).

How about you guys opinion?

how much dividen they are promoting?

1. verify with Indonesia authorities check whether it exists
2. prepare to fly there in case of legal issue arises

not sure if there is this possibility.....
they collects a sum, then they gives out 2% per month for 24 months from that sum....after that they "cabut" away
they collect RM10 000, they gives out 2% of 10k = 200 per month....then in 24 months they would have given out 4800 of my money of 10k....then they cabut with the balance of 5200 of my money that are still with them.....

They may not "cabut", but can still continue to open for business and say,...your money is still in the process of being conversion to Unit trusts and after that successful conversion, it will be sold back to the company and by then you can get back you money.....
you agreed with that arrangement contract when you signed it....so please wait, (how long must wait,..no idea,...just refer to the contract that you signed 24 months ago, before you put in the money willingly)


moral of the story,.....just don't look at the promised % of returns per month...for the RETURNS could be from your OWN MONEY ...

why do you want to risk on a platform where isn't regulated by BNM or SCM? i'll avoid at all cost unless i know the people in person who is running the business.

you have any experience investing in this? or any kind similar like this. because my friend show me he got dividen monthly without failed for the past 10month.but i still not sure. 😅😅

rm600 (RM23K @ $5K)
rm1400 (RM46K @ $10K)
rm2800 (RM69K @ $15K)
rm6840 (RM138K @ $30K)

previously many money games operating under the same modus of operation....
paying interest with the money from the fresh deposits received......until, the deposits are not enough to pay out the interest due....

btw, scams are in many names and forms,...Thus, YES there are many entities out there with the same/almost similar modus operandi....

they can claim all sorts of sure make money things they are doing.
so are money games operators...claiming to be investing in bitcoin, forex, etc etc....

my friend also ask me to join this investment,i try to seach their company,can't found,and i saw your question.I dont want to risk my money on investment that we dont know where came from,even it s say from Reits.
I dont know whether they had permission/license to hold the money.Its seem so fishy,even they show get money every monthly.

I learn first for 7 months before trust it, also ask my friend who work in financing industry before put my money here. I advice you to just learn investment and financing first. There is a lot of scam out there, like forex is real, but the people who lie to you. So i really think you should learn and ask someone from banking background.
