hahaha, just get mt Vios E Spec on Sunday. so satisfy with this car....huhu.

i test drove 2008 city and Vios, still feel that Vios is better in terms of pickup...and cheaper rm6000 . So Vios is my final choice hehehe

driving it for 3 days...very satisfied!

lol...my vios is one day older than yours. same spec. picked it up on friday. and i m satisfied too. so far so good. smile.gif

anyone know by change the rim from 14" to 15" will void the warranty or not?
Stock rim for Vios J,E is 175/65/R14
stock rim for Vios G,TRD is 185/60/R15
i will get my vios J soon, so if i change it to 185/60/R15, will it void the warranty??
or if i change it to 195/55/R15 ? what will happen if really someting bad happen to the car (example : bearing spoil and etc) will i get FOC on part change?

Really curious on this because, i ask my SA, he say do no change anything is the best to avoid SC void the warranty, but i not satisfy with this answer :S
*
no void.
to confirm dis, i asked 2 persons...1st, Toyota showroom SA and 2nd, Toyota service officer
both also said not void warranty. Cheers! smile.gif

with ron 95, can only get 60-70km per bar. haiz. anyway, between j and e, i'll choose E coz j is too kosong and a lot of things are missing. J is worthwhile if u pick manual. if auto, better pick other variants

suprisingly, when my dad drove my vios, he claimed the car could get 15km/l on ron95 which is quite good. it's 90% highway though.

haha thanks n sure do. I really love the civic but even for 2nd hand its overpriced and i need to commit more for that, moreover its a hot target for thieves so its an no to me. sweat.gif

The new city looks great unfortunatelly the performance is kinda weak esp on low revs and i prefer the old CVT city. The dugong may not look great and handle so so but i have more fun revving the vios . With some suspension and exhaust upgrade, i can make mine a proper TRD tuned car. tongue.gif
*
yup i am very agree with u. u hav the same reason as mine when i decided on vios too. did few test drives b4 purchase and the fun revving part of vios got me rclxms.gif

IMHO you have made a good decision.

It seems that most of the complaints (in this forum) came from the E and J owners.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
*
i am E owner but i have no complaints so far (touchwood) sweat.gif
mostly they r complaining bout noise level inside cabin, rite. but i guess i can live with it coz my previous car is much worse in noise insulation part.

Added on September 29, 2009, 9:01 pmanyway just to share here, these r some pics of nice vioses i collected over the web and forum
