after read a lot of u guy's comment... I just want to say..
I bought my Vios base I like the design.. and toyota well know reliability and also I don't want my car part start falling here n there..... my car served me 2 years, not a single problem I have ever face.. oh yah.. maybe the remote control give me a little problem.. It is not comfort? I said it is comfort enough.... I find it is more comfort than even the City.. and luckily it doens't have those "ngek ngek ngek" sound like Proton after 2 years.. Vibration? what kind of Vibration ??? seat? leg?? I don't really feel any.. Noise? Plastic Noise in the interior of the car? I don't have a single plastic noise after 2 years of my car.. personally.. I hate those kind of noise inside a car.. fortune enough.. I dont face such a problem.. Engine noise.. maybe.. the front part insulation are not that good.. but engine noisy only happen when u rev the engine.. how much time u rev the engine over 4k rpm? I pay a bit more for a car that serve me well.. and I think.. the Vios serve me well enough... The new VIOS.. if you like the car.. I think it is a good choice.. just go ahead.. you are getting a car you like, don't have to care so much what people say about it... |

The engine pick up slow... maybe i used to drive my cousin's kia spectre ( wonder correct speeling or not).. the engine is a bit noisy as well.. but still i wont regret with it.. lolz.. i like its meter and front body.. easy for parking.. and many ppl do complain abt the rear.. but it seem ok for me.. not as bad as other had just say.. and etc etc.. |

QUOTE(Ryuichi @ Nov 3 2007, 02:23 AM) lol... but the salesman did state if i want to adjust the bonet.. I think the sales lady( u said she ) donno how to close the bonet.. adjust it during the first service.. even she got difficulty in closing it.. have to use hand to push it.. even my cousin complain abt it.. yea hope after first service then wont pick up so slow.. the kia is 1.8 The way of close the vios bonet is lift the bonet 1 feet or higher and let it fall down it self... not close it then use hand to push.. that way doesn't work.... |

QUOTE(dstl1128 @ Nov 5 2007, 09:13 AM) New Vios got auto sound leveling.. which other car of this class don't have. now only u know it is sticker ah?? what is so big deal?? go and observe the all the Honda City and see.. Hmm... wider a bit (just few cm I forgot the figure), 10cm more legroom, headroom higher a bit (again few cm), boot more litre. In the end the new Vios cabin is larger than Honda City, but the boot is still 25L short of City's... (Latio headroom is crazy large) Cabin size compare: Vios < City < New Vios < Latio Boot: Vios < New Vios < Latio < City But one thing, I notices the black trim in between the two front & back doors mirror, is actually stickers and not paint! You guys can go and check on the demo car. |

QUOTE(youngmasterho @ Nov 5 2007, 02:36 PM) i managed to close my hood of my previous car, proton 1.3 iswara aeroback.... but not Vios Car like Vios/City are light and with almost same Horsepower output like other 1.6 car... so U will feel it is even better pick up than a more heavier 1.6 car... compare the power output for Potong 1.6 car, Altis, Sentral etc.. to Vios/City.. yes, it's true...you need 2 lift n use d weight of d hood to lock... i'm really amazed by d engine revving n pick up with i pressed d OD off! 1.5 is like 1.6! |

QUOTE(papaya2 @ Mar 18 2008, 05:51 PM) QUOTE(TheNameX @ Mar 18 2008, 04:39 PM) the A n B will word simultanueosly.. u cannot disable it but just to reset it to ZERO..Did you guys use the ordometer (aint sure if the spelling correct, but I'm referring to the digital distance calculator on the dash board)?? I have a practice where I reset and record the distance I travel after pumping petrol to my car so that I could know exactly how much I could travel with that amount of petrol I fuelled in. I always practice using A and B... then the issue came to my notice, both A and B add up together even though I only activate the meter A. For example, I reset the meter B now after I pumped fuel (with meter A keeping the record) and start to travel and what I notice is meter A still running even though I only activate meter B. Anyone has this issue ?? my car-S type also like that. whats wrong ler? |

QUOTE(jmunchar @ Apr 29 2008, 12:18 AM) I'm currently using locktech. The unit bolts on to the steering column without any modification. Just pull when you want to lock your brake pedal. The car will not start if you don't release the lock. Good safety feature. i am using locktech for 2++ years... ur one with 1 key hole or 2 key hole?? very good product.. |
