ken, y keep changing gasket?
engine gasket?
*
all service in umw is done following the service booklet ...

QUOTE
Ok....thanks. On average how long before we take our car to the next service? We can just follow the mileage or we need to service every 3 months? Coz 5k quite hard to achieve within 3 months also. Not to mention 10k
is good to service by month interval

but, what for waste money ... of course umw want people to service by month so can earn more money ...

just service every 5k or 10k, depend what lubricant u use ...

Just put in my booking yesterday....got special offer for Vios E version... the side mirror now have signal light plus electronic movement like G and S....the CD Player change to the one same as Toyota Wish..no more like the old one with big Lubang in between. So E version pricing now is RM500 extra....but got discount of RM1.5K from them...

salesman said can get car within a week or 2...whoa..so fast....cannot be la...i think what he meant is upon bank loan approval...
*
wow, have to say this vios E really a great buy then ...

make almost no different to G except the extra airbags, 15' rim and rear disc brake ... and some minor things ...

Hmm... Is it advisable to put some fuel system cleaner into your tank? Does it help? Thanks.
*
ignore those stuffs !!!

anything happen to your engine and if UMW SC found out those stuffs when you claim warranty they will void ur warranty instantly no matter what explain you give !!!

MidBorneo,

since u mention 100% town driving, 10-11km/l is normal ...

atf, toyota service booklet said change every 40k and recommend to flush, however, if u choose not to flush, just change every 20k and use toyota atf only

Err, where did you get that info? Semi-synthetic also can 10,000km service interval lor. Thus far, I've serviced my car for 10K, 20K and coming soon 30K. By using semi-synthetic only.
*
last time i ask those foreman, he said as long as got engine oil inside then is ok ... but still, need self checking always ...

and as usual, those wear and tear, the longer you use, the quality also drop from day to day ...

but i also use fully till 12k ++ tongue.gif ...
