Hi Hotlink team, I can't register my phone number for the Self Service portal/app, it will say "Please Enter a Valid Hotlink number".

No, already called the customer service. They are quite slow, don't know when they'll resolve

I've also called them.. cs said wait 24 hours.. after 24 hours still cant login to app.. I just use the ussd code to subscribe package..

After trying a few times, I can now login.

But now I have another problem. Previously, I would use the home button to switch to the SMS app to get the OTP. Now the Home button want to exit the Hotlink app completely!
