Hello All,

I have a contact in KL who is currently looking to sell and rent several Condo apartments in Savanna Block A.  They are current being handed over to their overseas owner.  They can either be semi- furnished or fully furnished.  If you wish to either buy or rent then contact me on the following email and I will give you the details ... rabali1234 (at) html (dot) co (dot) uk.

Kind Regards,

Ali

I have the following queries, hope someone can assist.
1) Do the units have KLCC view ?
2) Are all units come with balconies ?
3) All units are facing west, I suppose, is the evening sun troubling ?
4) The main entrance is along National Stadium main entrance, is the traffic jam really bad during stadium events ?

Hi, there,

I have finally settled down with booking a unit in Blk A, golf view.
I noticed that the unit parcel no. is differently from the postal address no. Let's say if the unit parcel no. is A-1-1, the postal address no. or door plate no. is actually A-5-1. Is that correct ?
Also, 2 of the carpark bays are double park, i.e one behind another. So the carpark no. is P1(T)123 where Pi stands for Parking level 1, T stands for tandem parking(double park) and 123 is the carpark bay no. in front.

According to the show unit agent, RM15k-RM20k renovation cost is sufficient to do a nice one already ! Mind to share how much is yours ?

RM 1700 - RM 3000 depends on furnishing and location

I don't think Berjaya dares to carve out more golf course to make way for condo, etc because they will have to face the music of thousands condo and bungalows purchasers as their previuos advertisements stated golf view !

I gather you mean the putting green only. Never mind if they do left with only the putting green, make sure that it is a gigantic one !
