QUOTE(quintessential @ Sep 17 2007, 08:15 PM) expect savannah bukit jalil to become second little korean after one ampang avenue. and expect the price to be increase. doubt Koreans would love staying in a condo right next to a new highway http://www.berjaya.com.my/080507bernama.htm |

QUOTE(scorgio @ Sep 18 2007, 12:03 AM) This is debatable. Depending on whether your point is the fear of accident (like car crashing into a condo Its definitely the noise. Cos like Mont' Kiara, a few blocks are just next to the Penchala Link. While MK Aman, MK Damai, the under construction MK 13 is just next to NSE. Further, it's the uphill stretch just after Jln Duta Tol, where you can hear cars & lorries revving to the max. Even with 1 window not tight, can hear the noise. But the area is still popular. Bottomline, the question here is why would koreans with sizeable rental budget between 2k-4k p/m would want to rent out in bukit jalil, instead of MK, hartamas, or ampang, where these places have better ammenities + enclave of their countrymen? So I doubt that Savannah would be another Korean enclave. |

QUOTE(naleh33 @ Jun 23 2009, 09:42 AM) I am fixing it today. It costs me Rm 1100, I think. Can't really remember. Epoxy iron rod grilled. Hmm at this moment, I would say only 20% of the resident occupying the units there. A lot of middle east students which make me feel a bit uneasy. Has not heard anything about theft yet... Touch Wood ! Perhaps the middle east student from mines are shifting to bukit jalil. My experience with them is that they r good paymasters, generally takes good care of your properties, but can be a noisy bunch especially when there's a lot of em in the same area. |
