I have idiopathic postprandial syndrome / carbohydrate intolerance. If I take too much carb especially simple/ refined carb my body starts to become weak tired and shaking just 2 hours after eating no matter how full I eat and I need to eat until full again then only OK(eating a bit won't help). I'm obese because of this and even was at prediabetes, I can't follow keto too risky for me. I take complex carbs like whole grains it helps I start to become weak 2.5 to 3 hours after eating full. I can only think of 2 whole grain bread egg canned tuna. I can't afford expensive food. I need something healthy affordable low carb for daily. Processed meats too risky for me since I'm obese, have fatty liver and quite high cholesterol. Please help thanks.

ur solution for a low carb diet is temporary. U need to solve the probably biggest problem of insulin resistance in ur body. For long term solution u need to do mild keto 1st. start fasting for 12 hrs, 14 , 16 , 18 hrs. Get the body to heal rather than throw in more carb. Search more info for intermittent fasting. Its really good.
