Anyone here have recommended website for ordering pc parts in malaysia? Or is Lazada/Shopee the best place?

Planning to build my first pc but don't know where to get parts locally. (Most PC forums assume I live in America and keep recommend me Amazon)

So far, still shopee/lazada unfortunately.

Kinda wish we have something like Microcenter in Malaysia.

If you want to save a few buck, buy from Shopee/Lazada.

If you're old fashion like me, I buy all my parts at Low Yat Plaza.

A combination of Lowyat Plaza, Digital Mall and Jalan Pasar should get you most of the things but yes, there are something that you can never find and have to get online.

computer assembly is rm 50.

install the OS and software config is another RM50.

in case anyone wondering what is the going rate. So if you shop the parts from shopee, and u don't know or dont want to install the parts urself, then just send it to the local IT shop and pay them the service fee to do it for u.

unless u plan to buy completed systems either from shopee or specialist shops like

Depends, if hardware like RAMS,CPU and MOBO can consider getting second hand from marketplace.

if possible tag with a physical shop to inspect the product first (be sure to pay them some fees ex:RM50)

Lazada.. use LazMall to make sure it's genuine parts.

Or for Shopee, go with Shopee Mall.

Any specific seller that you have purchased regularly from? I usually buy from Shopee but might consider migrating to Lazada if their offers are better nod.gif
