What is the monthly income for fresh doctors?

What about monthly income those with experience surgeons/ specialists?

What about monthly income those with clinics?

Which doctor earns the most?

Just doing survey and finding out the actual pay

Is difficult to pinpoint which specialist discipline earn the most but among the top 5, I would say .... Neuro, Gynae, Cardio, Ortho and Rheuma.

And if zoom into each discipline, it will depends on the 'popularity' of the specialist. For eg, a Neuro in one hospital can earn 2 to 3 mil a year while the same specialist field in another hospital only earn above 1 mil.

Similar to GP clinics. Some, a patient can see the dr immediately upon registration while another, will have to wait hours. Why is one clinic always busier than the one few doors away ? That will roughly tell which GP earns more.

Well I don't understand why medical fees don't drop , with more supply then the fees should drop and medical expenses should be affordable for everyone regardless with or without insurance

Consultation is 'cheap' but medical procedures are expensive.

There are many general medical doctors but specialists are limited in ratio to populations.

Rightfully, all govt hospitals should issue the bill according to current charges so that patient is aware of the actual cost and then deduct the amount as discount before paying the subsidised rate.

Isn't it standard rm2300 to rm2800. Has been this kind of salary range since the 2010s.

be prepared to go in for the long haul and it will pay off. anything other than specialist is a waste of time and potential. stop looking at fresh grad pay, look at the entire career income potential.

Yes very low but yet they die die want to work as permanent.

plus their working hours are so crazy, their pay per hour is considered quite low

contract doctors don't gain access to free master or PHD studies. Its not cheap to further studies. Their existing degree already cost a house!

if struck at GP, they also cannot reply their student loan its a price of house unit!

Government is giving contract MO ability to specialise by studying masters.

Basic salary for contract staff around RM3500, but with on call allowances easily net RM4500 for contract MOs and HOs.

contract MO funded for master + on call allowances for HO? That was new.

For everyone knowledge , New Houseman do get around RM5k per month now all in, Confirmed

That is just showing the basic, it haven include the rest of the allowances

KKM are doing that quite sometimes already, the receipt got stated actual cost & the subsidized cost by Government. You hardly use KKM facilities.
