Hello! I am Wayne Cheah from Mech Haus, a store that I first started in LYN's Garage Sales way back in 2015. The last 7 years of doing business have been an exciting period for me. I am extremely grateful to the LowYat community as it was my first platform that helped me launch my business and got me to where I am today.

I am very pleased to announce that I have formed a second company, Sigma Audio Malaysia with my longtime partner and am diving deep into audio products!

From August 2021 onwards, I will not be operating from home but rather we will have an actual physical store for people to come and try our products Our store location is at Eco Majestic, Semenyih (opposite Starbucks Reserve Eco Majestic) Do come and drop by when the COVID times are better!




As some of you may know, my first and foremost specialty is dealing in mechanical keyboards. It has been my bread and butter from the very beginning. In 2018, I partnered up with KZ to be the distributor of their IEM products in Malaysia. Mech Haus has sold more than 3,000 IEMs since then. All this while I have not been paying much attention to selling wireless audio accessories because I was not convinced that good quality TWS (True Wireless Stereo) earbuds are easily available at a budget-friendly price. I felt that brands other than Jabra, Sony, Apple, Samsung TWS earbuds are not really worth considering.

I believe that period is now over. In recent times, there are a number of extremely high quality TWS producers coming out of Shenzhen that produce top-tier TWS earbuds. One of those brands is SOUNDPEATS. While it is from Shenzhen, SOUNDPEATS is a TWS-focused audiophile brand that has a very good reputation in the English-speaking market. You'll come across a plethora of product reviews and mentions of this brand. Their products are also winners of several accolades from Japanese audio awards VGP 2021.




SOUNDPEATS and my new company have officially partnered up and we have been given the green light to be the authorized dealer in Malaysia region. This brand also has a strong presence within our local audiophile community. As such I am proud to say that within the first 2 weeks of us launching on July 1st 2021, we have sold over 100 units of SOUNDPEATS products!

Being given this authorization is very crucial as it means that:

1) All products sold by us are authentic.
2) All stocks sold are brand new and direct from SOUNDPEATS (no old stock)
3) More importantly, warranty for all SOUNDPEATS products sold by us are covered locally without needing to ship back to seller overseas (a common problem many consumers here are facing if they experience issues with their products). Our company vision is to handle and process all warranty cases within 3 working days.
4) Our prices are identical to the official retail prices overseas (may even be cheaper than US retail prices as we have lower consumption tax)
