Yup, no issue to keep dogs. Residential properties generally come under municipal law (MPKJ).
If uncertain, speak to your salesperson, although I personally have not found any gated communities prohibiting dogs.

As long as your dog(s) are well taken care of and will not be a nuisance in the community.

From what i see maintained, but theres a hedge blocking the fencing, so not apparent from the outside.
