i assume all freehold? setia eco 1 and 2, majestic and forest?

Thanks for the precise explanation. It seems EH is the best bet in terms of location.

Strata title has its good and bad. Good as in every house will look similar not rojak while individual title like EH may result in a rojak neighborhood?

Forgot to ask too. In terms of shops etc. Do both compete simialy? I know a lot of development happening in EM. I'm just not too sure if EH has similar commercial development.

Mmg suitable with mostly WFH people or semi retired or fully retired people.

Everyday travel like this... Cheras itself jam begins 6am. Can't imagine Semenyih that is so far inside.

Paying so much toll and traveling time every day, is it worth it.

Last check, nearest public transport is kajang KTM.. Will Semenyih sees a mrt in the near future? Does anyone know?
