Neo vs Morpheus is one of my fav fighting scenes and the recent one in Bourne Ultimatum is one of the best in recent years.
BUT THE BEST has to be the Oldboy single shot fighting scene, the best asian movie. This post has been edited by Makakeke: Sep 8 2007, 11:35 PM |

oh when we're talking about old legends, its gotta be when Bruce Lee kicks Chuck Norris ass
But anyway, here's the History's Most Awesome Super Kick, even better than the exaggerated Chuck Norris' roundhouse kick |

QUOTE(Makakeke @ Sep 10 2007, 10:59 AM) It has tension, it has drama, it has flow, it has the actors swinging big heavy swords like they really mean it. what more could you want? the only other swordfight to have that visceral-ness to it comes from Troy, but Rob Roy is an infinitely better film than Troy, so yeah, even though Troy's may be a wee bit shinier, you are more invested in Neeson's character than Brad Pitt's surfer dude during the movie. This post has been edited by BurgaFlippinMan: Sep 10 2007, 11:07 AM |

Colt Commando, Galil and Valmet. Oh yeah. This gunfight in streets of LA is choreographed by Andy McNab, the former SAS operator who is involved in ill fated Bravo Two Zero in Gulf War 1991-1992. The movie is Heat, 1995 starring Al Pacino and Robert De Niro, one of the best movie I ever seen in my life. It even inspired real life shootout, the most notorious and famous in history of law enforcement. North Hollywood shootout lasted 44 minutes and about 1100 rounds were shot by fully armed robbers outside of bank that day in 1997.Later police find copy of Heat in the robber's home, apparently they using it as training material for gunfighting. Not a fighting scene..Hard Boiled Hospital shootout. Starting from 3.07-5.49 all in 1 shot. Reminds me of FPS game.
Not sure if its true but i read somewhere that the next floor they went to was actually the same floor as b4 they enter the elevator. That means they clean it up and make it looked like they enter a diff level. This post has been edited by United Rulez: Sep 16 2007, 04:52 AM |
