Anyone knows how Hotlink calculate the data usage per block? 1kB or 1MB or others?

Is Maxis deactivated VoLTE for Hotlink Pantas? I put both Hotlink SIM cards with different plans into same phone only the old SIM with VoLTE logo, not for new SIM, Pantas. I have enabled it in phone setting.
