I tried their online switch to the Hotlink page a few months ago. After went through several troublesome processes, including calling their customer support, yet I still received the 'create port in order failed' problem. I tried it again today and received the same issue. What is the purpose of that website?

I'm from Digi postpaid and trying to port over to Maxis prepaid and got stuck at this error message on hotlink website. Is anyone also have the same issue?

Visit the real maxis centre(not dealer) request port in hotlink(free). You have chosen the link to buy and not switch to hotlink. Their website have block some of the ID number and phone number. Never fix this error many years ago. They let Maxis CS call you for KPI.

Not really. Previous website cant trigger sms otp for MVNO like XoX, Yoodo, Tunetalk etc. Only when you MNP from main telco like Celcom, Digi then only you can get otp. Hence that is why I walked in to MNP. I already MNP 2 of my yoodo number previously.

I totally agree that andrekua2. Hotlink system somehow could not identify this phone number belong to which MVNO. So they strictly block and mark it as Invalid ID and phone number. So far i know, only hotlink unable to mnp online. I have tried mnp from tunetalk to umobile by myself online. Hotlink system really need to improve....🙊🙊🙊

Proven that on the new hotlink plan, can switch back to old pantas plan and some other useless plans I would say.

However, no option to switch back to old unlimited plan. I guess it is Becos the new one is totally better than it.
