If you have an active hourly/ daily/ weekly internet pass and the Pakej Perpaduan pass, quota from the internet pass with earliest expiry will be utilized first

Data pass expired 30/12/2023
Pakej perpaduan expired 1/10/2023

So perpaduan will use up first?
Cos that mention didnt include yearly internet pass
Just wonder

What's the speed for your yearly pass? If 6 mbps, it shd go first becos Faq stated the pass with faster speed will be utilized first. Perpaduan is 3 mbps.

Yearly pass definitely faster than that. At least 30 mbps.

If you have an active hourly/ daily/ weekly internet pass and the Pakej Perpaduan pass, quota from the internet pass with earliest expiry will be utilized first.

However, if you have an Unlimited Internet 30-day pass, the Pakej Perpaduan pass will be utilized first.

Unless you have a higher speed pass, the pass with faster speed will be utilized first. Eg. you have an existing Unlimited Internet and Calls (6Mbps) 30-day pass. You purchase the Pakej Perpaduan pass. All internet browsing will now be at 6Mbps instead of 3Mbps.

Those hours/daily/weekly usually get from hotlinkMU, but didnt mention the long validaty data pass tho…hmmmmm

Check your Hotlink App, Hotlink doesnt update their website as quickly as other telco. They removed RM30 20GB and RM15 8GB 365 plan and added RM35 30GB Unlimited Call Monthly Plan for Pantas
