Hi, I'm looking for a laptop for my wife.

1. Budget : around rm3k (but willing to consider upwards to rm4k)

2. Usage : office use, internet surfing, and some basic graphic works such as designing infographics (using adobe illustrator)

3. Requirements (display size, battery life, weight etc) : want a lightweight (important), screen size preferably 13 inch (if 14" but still lightweight also can), standard battery is sufficient, willing to wait 1-2 months.

I purchased a laptop from Lenovo on August 11 as per ZM Fong's recommendation.

At that time, the website showed "ship in 2 weeks".

But after 1 week, I got an email from Lenovo stating that due to worldwide parts shortage issue, my order will be delayed until end November.

Well, I can't do much right now and just wait la.

Hi guys. Can you please recommend me an ultrabook laptop, 13 inch, for normal office use and some light design works (photoshop etc) with a budget around rm5k-rm5.5k? Cannot wait too long. I was looking at Dell XPS model, but would like to know your recommendation also. Thanks.
