ever since they remove the option to select our own courier, most of my item are delivered using shopee/lazada express and most of it did not arrived within the stated date.

seems like they cannot cope..

You know, although its rotated, if your seller closed all options and leave only j&t, then its delivered with j&t.. most sellers close them, cos some courier inconvenient

Rubbish la JnT ......it took a month from Penang to Sarawak

super rubbish courier .....knn this shopee cannot let people choose Poslaju

my experience different, now all delivered damn fast
ordered Lokcing from kelantan, reached my place in PJ less than 24hrs, delivered by J&T

One of my parcels sangkut for 9 days already. Keadaan khas, cuaca buruk, all kinds of excuses.

Other parcels from JnT ok je. Only one parcel from JnT sangkut.

Seems like a hit and miss

This branch is the worst. I sent out an item, held up here for days. Told me to make a claim because item damaged.

yeah this is the snapshot, by the way this is my 1st time J&T experience, been online purchase thing so far none is seller via J&T, usually is (shopee express/lazada express/ninjavan/pos laju) all is very good nont even 1 time got problem...this bloody fucker seller didnt know sent via J&T, very regret didnt request dont want J&T

mine stuck at Chan Sow Lin for about 6 days now.

even if you request, seller say ok, Shopee assign JnT, seller cannot do anything

yesterday before ordering, seller say use Poslaju or JnT, so i asked for Poslaju he said ok

then today checked JnT niama, talked with seller he said Shopee auto assign, i told him, i thought seller can overwrite he said no

Nothing you can do, just wait until it operates and they will deliver to you. Happened to my tablet that came from china, quite unlucky I would say haha.

Called jnt just now, some hubs are closed for maintenance plus overload parcel because of MCO. They said my parcel still on the way.
