been there and can see the whole vaccination process kena delay because now all forced to queue up to buy stuff just to enter the seating area to get vaccinated. is this even legal to purposely delay the whole vaccination process?

Confirm many people will cancel their appointment after seeing the queue there just to enter to wait for vaccination
