like said, omeprazole is PPI, while cimetidine is h2 antagonist. generally, PPI is more effective than h2 antagonist.
why not consult your doctor if the change is appropriate. omeprazole is normally used for long term.
i have records for my gastric pain... this is not the first of course..
normally i'm taking cemetidine when i'm in pain.. my pharmacist fren recommanded
