usually, if you buy european or american genetics - its all modified to suit their weather - usually summer
on summer - very long sunlight/short night time .. usually they germinate this time, long daylight (usually 12 - 18 hours) so plants will grow big
after summer, go into fall - shorter daytime d - this time, the plants will flower
