@ speedflame5973
i think what sniper69 say is true.... maybe ur PC lack of power coz what i understand from what u say....after put the 79GS the problem accur... try put the GC to another computer... and double check ur mobo either it can hold the power of 79GS.... try update ur bios.... for ur problem..there are many conclusion can be made... so try to figure out it step by step... try the GC to otler PC 1st... and remember that 7900GS kinda need more power... so borrow from ur friend a good rail PSU and try.... |

QUOTE(ravemaster @ Oct 2 2007, 06:40 PM) This might be irrelevant, but i am going to post anyway after restart or shut down it back to default???I am a user of inno3d 7950 gx2..The gc is very good imo and proud of it, but tempreature tend to be very hot, around 75C idle while load can reach to 88C tried the latest ntune to adjust the fan speed, the fan seem to become faster, but the for each restart or system boot, you need to do it manually each time. Troublesome also tried rivatuner, setup everything, but unable to change the fan speed today however, by accident, i stumbled upon an application by Gainward called Expert Tool. Am currently using it now and very satisfied with it. Now with this tool, i can actually set the speed of the fan, and it will remember my setting even after reboot. Now with fan boost to 100% speed, my gc temp now is 59C(idle) you can go to Gainward website to download it or you can simply get it from the link below that i created. I tested it, and it work with other brand beside Gainward..But not very sure it support every card version tho http://savefile.com/files/1094889 sorry if this post is irrelevant, but i do feel it is a good tool once ntune is finally sorted out why not save a profile?? then set the profile to load each time windows start... |
