Not under Unifi but i'm using maxis broadband(supposedly using same infrastructure as unifi?) but i am facing similar issues having average of around 250 mbps speeds when i have 500 mbps package. I do not have automated speedtests but randomly run a few each day and sometimes i go as low as 80-90. Speedtests are ran to both malaysia/singapore servers.
