Hi all, I can't get my maybank debit card to register with samsung pay, I tried calling mbb cs, but it is still not working. Is there a specific request that I need them to do?

I recently formatted my phone, I was thinking maybe it could only link to 1 device. Already queried with CS on this, they mentioned that they will help to register again and ask me to try again in 10 minutes after that. But it still didn't work too.

I was hoping if anyone here encounter same problem before and how did you managed to get it work? Thanks
