I read a tip somewhere and it fixed this same problem that I had.

The earbud that sounds weaker, remove the silicone/rubber tip and then you suck on the exposed part of the earbud. Weird but it works for my Buds 2 which had the same problem you mentioned. Maybe you want to wipe it with antibacterial or alcohol wipe first. It is my own ears/earbuds, so I really DGAF.
