Another flaw . Wifi cannot detect any network

Was watching Netflix and I got warning that I am depleting my dataplan. Even wifi is on, connected to house wifi.
After reboot terus cannot detect any wifi network.

Press wifi logo and can see it's struggling to get list of wifi. I use other wifi scanner and I can detect lots of wifi in the area. So means the hardware is working. Os is junk

Wifi function seems degraded. So only strong signal can pakai.
Slightly weaker signal dissapear
