PPH staple will cause long term muscle spasm on your anal. When that part of your veins are lifted up to cut off blood to the haemorroid, the nerve can also be impacted. This was decades ago post treatment effect on most people, vs conventional dectomy removal. These days, there are laser/ultrasound knives that cuts your haemorroid with less bleeding, and faster recovery period compare to knife. But you will still get risk of stricture. depending how good your surgeon is, and your body recovery. After ops, you will need to validated that you can still pass motion before the dr lets you leave. I don't know PPH method, but I know 2 people here that did that, and regret it. One of them did it in Tung Shin hospital back then..on off poop leak. Facts: You have 3 main veins in our anal. Hence, max haemorrid, is three. depending what degree you have prolapse, internal or external... smaller ones, they will rubber band ligitation on it... Your dr might prescript Daflon for you. Anything past Stage 3 is only ops. Stage 2 is also hard. Get ready for any post treatment like sitz bath, and etc. Do not use toilet paper anymore... All the best. haroldz123, assakechik, and 2 others liked this post

QUOTE(Heroicage @ Jul 13 2021, 07:59 AM) PPH staple will cause long term muscle spasm on your anal. yes i am at stage 3. i consulted my dr.. he say min impact.. most of his patients after done that all good and lead normal life... so what you say true or not i dont know... i ask dr about what you say he say not 100% true he has proven records and he ask me to google it and i did google it it seems a safe and painless procedure... now medical science quite advance already.. anyway mine cannot do laser as i am in stage 3 so have to do that stage... mine is internal. Daflon doesnt work much only 5 to 10% according to dr.... cause at my stage surgery is required laWhen that part of your veins are lifted up to cut off blood to the haemorroid, the nerve can also be impacted.
