Hi,

This is my undercon house that I've just bought (corner cluster semi-d). My idea is as following:

RED = plan to extend the dining area about 9 feet towards the land and surround it with glass / windows / sliding door. At the top, plan to do a balcony (entry from family hall)
BLUE = plan to extend the wet kitchen area but as you can see, I left some gap at the bathroom window in order not to disturb the ventilation of the toilet

Do you think such idea is feasible?
