looking for contractor to do some wetwork including wiring/plumbing/minor brickwork/touch up & painting/plaster ceiling modification

my unit is a subsale terrace, can i ask about relocating lighting and adding pelmet to the existing plaster ceiling? is possible right, i dont want to take down the ceiling
