Man, those two shoulder gatling guns are just awesome...
but those legs don't look very poseable are they?

ok first y'all know about the upcoming Kotobukiya AC Aaliyah Unsung right?, it seems tat if we follow the original AC Unsung in AC:FA, the Unsung actually carries the Counter Missle as its Shoulder Weapon, and for now in the AC kits, the only way to get the Counter Missle is to buy the Aaliyah Surplis liao damn u Kotobukiya, must buy Surplis just to get its shoulder weapon just to mount it onto the Unsung. (same case like the very first Aaliyah original ver.)



btw, this is an old magazine scan from AC:FA, it seems tat Kotobukiya's trying to make all of the NEXT's ACs from this picture (heck they already made a Noblisse Oblige out of the Leondhart Hogire), the upcoming now would be the Unsung, next i have a feeling it would be the Interior Union's Tellus Remake - Mayburis (below red AC), the next one would most probably be the Stasis (bottom right AC).

some jap guy had already done a Custom Aaliyah Unsung (looks great though), comes with the Counter Missile shoulder weapon, and best of all, there's LEDs in the Red eyes , on top of tat, i really lurve its custom Reverse Legs

so Kotobukiya's already made ACs from the AC:FA game, when they haven't even finished making ACs from AC4 liao , so far for the ACs from AC4, they've done with Rayleonard, Leone Meccanica & Rosenthal Faction's ACs. Touching their Side Boosters really painful liao.


(i really like their hand designs, if only Koto make custom hands for ACs )

They have yet to make those from Eqbal, The Bernard and Felix Foundation (BFF) and the GA Arnaments factions. Oh well, at least they dont have any side boosters, LOL.

so far only have Humanoid, Spider and Reverse legs. awaiting for Caterpillar, Hover & Submarine legs

Actually, most of it are not seamlines. AC designs usually have a lot of details, the seamlines (if any) blend in pretty well with the design. Unlike Bandai's kits, you can spot the seamline very clearly from the "smooth" surface designs.

In economics, we already learnt that all firms are profit-maximizers.
Not just Koto, Bandai is like that as well. You see how they put the open palms, bazooka, and beam sabers for HGUC Unicorn Mode while the Destroy Mode only has the rifle. They 'force' us buy both to have everything.

Yup i love those custome legs also. But i'm not that interested to see a matte finish AC kit.

Cool, dude. I almost bought this kit but then i found out Aaliyah Unsung will be released
You might wanna put a black robot on a white background next time. Black on black, it's hard to see

well i agree that AC designs have alot of detail but sometime (not all the model but older model and weapons for my point of view lah) those detail have a direct middle seamline between them which is really hard to cover it without covering the entire detail with it. (got the experience with it when i do my extra rail gun from my kampfer.)

sadly Aaliyah Unsung Custom also got very obviously seamline visible.
