Hi,

I have been diagnosed with cartilage tear in my ankle. Besides that, there is a small crack beneath the cartilage. a doctor at specialist hospital suggested me to go for Arthroscopy and apply stem cell on the cracked bone to heal it. I would like to consult with other orthopedic surgeons to get a second opinion. Appreciate if you guys know any good doctor out there.
