quite good for closed beta but still with some spikes.. we're playing AP (Asia Pacific) South East region
3 servers supposedly located in Sydney, Australia

connection to aussie server is quite stable at 140 ms ping with vpn(mudfish)

Anyone experiencing "Unable to establish connection with the server"? I can only connect using a VPN, keep getting that error without VPN.

so need a vpn for a stable connection to the game server?

i don't think VPN helps much.. the issue is with the server itself, Amazon is focusing more on improving NA and Europe server during Closed Beta.

Amazon literally shit on asia players by not having any SEA server but u guys die die still want to feed the aussies, really dumb imo. Its like amazon shit on you yet you still want to suk their dik.

i did some google.... when official launch the progress of closed beta will be wiped clean.. a fresh restart required...
i tested it out, quite fun the game and nice graphic as well. too bad it will be wiped clean when launched.

all MMOs (at least ones that i know of) are like this.. progress during closed and open beta will reset when come launch day.

it's pretty normal for any mmo. closed beta is pretty much official final test before official release.

i think with your 140ms is good already...I'm playing with 165ms~180ms still playable...but the pvp u might wanna get used to the slight delay

Personally i suggest to wait on SEA server. the game is good but high latency just limiting your enjoyment

Bought it. For optimum gameplay is okay but full enjoyment i think not quite satisfied.

Failed all my block and dodge against enemy. Micro second different really make difference in this

lol.... i think for start the AI NPC is ok.. still can time the dodge based on the pattern of attack..but for PVP is really no chance since many higher level player killing lower level

btw about the game really2 hooked playing this game , i been playing with my frens in discord and be able to lvl up to lvl 36 only since we transfer server due to que and lag from epehlyn to dromgoole (i forgot how to pronunce the server name)

i personably dint check the ping but my game wasnt lagging when i switch to Dromgoole server even i join the war at the fort it wasnt that bad 90% of the time its playeable

Is it safe to play? I scared it bricks my graphic card.

I agree about the questing but that's most likely because the developer have said a year ago that they're focusing more on PVP for launch, but what's developed for PVE before will still be included in the game.

They'll continue developing PVE content back again after launch.

As for the classes, I wouldn't say it's limited since they're weapon based. The traditional healer, tanker, dps are still there. With Tankers can go battlemage or pure tanker route and DPS can go warrior, ranged, AoE, magic and solo PVP build (maybe more build that i'm not aware of).

Not as extensive as other MMORPG's but remember this is a new game with 11 different weapon choices as well (2 weapons choices for each character).

There are valid criticisms about the game at its current state but unfortunately classes/builds is not one of them.

160+ms for me with some 120-130ms ping

I dont have a problem with lag. I got 140ms-170ms during open beta and was not feeling the lag. One of my friends had lag problems but he managed to fix it by turning off dynamic resolution scaling.

I'm playing at barzakh server.. Maybe can meet or set 1 server after 2 weeks as can jump server by then

So far ping for PVE has been great although it floats around 110ms to 130ms. Can't speak much about PVP yet, haven't really tried it out.

Melee is fine as ping goes, range maybe gotta "predict" your shot a little bit more if mobs/players are strafing sideways.

Game quality wise, good stuff for chill grind and such, much like Runescape. Don't expect something like WoW or FFIX.

Gotta say though, game got a problem for now with what it wants to be. No use rushing to endgame as there's...none for endgame as far as I can see now.

I played on lemuria. Ping around 155-180ms. Pve is fine, even pvp is fine, but more difficult to hit enemies if you use range tho.
