Anyone of you has the experience to reach out Help desk and could I know how long does it take for em to respond ?

I've just received their sms and update via mysejahtera and you know what

They're seriously assigned me to a location 30+ km away from me (Setia Eco Templer) when they could have actually assigned me a much nearer location!

I am floored!

And the date is scheduled on this coming Thurs.

But they are srsly not playing with me, are they ?!
That location. Its so freaking far away from me. I wouldn't want to travel that far if given an option.

What I'm worrying the most is the time taken for em to return my request via Helpdesk.
Generally, how long / how many days it takes for em to respond to our queries ???

How did you do that？
Do I just click onto the the blue text "Click here to confirm yr appointment" and cancel the scheduled appointment from there?
I dare not do anything on the particular page rn.

I have just submitted my response through the App itself with the reason being the assigned location is too far away from me.

Would I receive any update from em within these few days or ?

Has anyone of you received update through the app after cancellation had been placed ?

Approximately, how long does it take for 'em to reschedule a new date for you ?

My friends from CHN and KOR living in here already gotten their vaccination.

Mine is just taking forever until god knows when

NOt too high what's that for!

I open two different tabs at the same time immediately right after i done with my work. Hence the mistake. Not like I wanted to post it in the wrong section intentionally ?!
