usually they will key in manually on the spot if its' not working. happened to me also once, after few hours it got reflected.

if you dont want to go back to that PPV maybe can try submitting the issue via mysj helpdesk

Have you taken your shot? heard now they allocate Pfizer for kids instead of adults.. not sure if they are still administering Pfizer for adults
