I don't know about that since I've never spoken with the Call Centre but thus far, I've no problems with their services [I applied for an MBB Amex Credit Card end of last month and received it in the mail yesterday. I also got a call from the Card Centre asking me if I've received the cards and know about the benefits].

I have been approved for my credit card (new cards details appeared in my m2u last week Tuesday.) And I still not yet received my cards. How long does it take for the delivery?!!?

should be 4 to 8 working days. they sent through registered mail. I wasn't at home when poslaju delivered and they didn't even call me.

I never knew that until I pm-ed Maybank page and they called me back giving me the tracking numbers. After I tracked, the cards are being held in the delivery branch and 3 more days they will send back to Maybank due to no one collects.

I see thanks. Almost a week now since I received their sms to say my application was successful. Will call to check just in case.

Was told by Maybank that card was sent. Tried to deliver but failed. POS Laju also didn’t leave any card behind. Have to try to collect it tomorrow from POS Laju. Hope they will still give me the letter even though I don’t have the notice card.

Maybank should at least send a SMS with tracking number. Ughhh

they should learn Citibank, just send normal mail so we can find it in our mailbox.
