How can i check my maybank CC application status??

yup, i applied last time, 3 weeks time oredi approved n they send a letter to collect at their branch. maybe can call their customer service to check the status.

Just call the CS at 1300 88 6688 but beware of the waiting duration.

Yeah, call their CS and if the queue is too long, you can leave your number for them to call you back. I got a call back in less than 10minutes. Pretty good CS.

MB....report lost card the operator said the new card will be sent to the requested branch in 2days.....10days oso the branch didn;t call me, i went to the branch myself, the guy there only HEAR i say wanto collect reported lost card, ask me to fill in form, i repeated again : I reported lost credit card n come to collect ......he ask me to fill in another form, I SHOUT AT him : i oready reported lost credit card n asked the card to be collected here......

then only he LISTEN to me n direct me to the other office staff n collect my card which was there 1week ago.....

They didn't send a pick-up letter through snail mail?

I have funnier case. When the bank staff called me regarding my application, I specifically told her that to put my mailing address to my working state. I don't know if she forgot or what after she jotted down that address.

After few days of waiting, the pickup letter didn't arrive to my working state address and I gave the CS a call regarding my card and application. The operator told me that my card has been delivered to the requested branch and they said the notification letter has been sent already.

When I went to my hometown last week, just found out that the mailing address for MBB card including the statement delivery is at my hometown address. OMG!

Are u sure u went to the correct department?

If the branch is not large, basically you have all the so called departments in one floor. Your eyes could capture everything ... this is what happened when I picked my MBB CC at Bayan Baru branch.

can we check the status online???

can ..u can register 1 maybank2u account...and u can just add in ur credit card into it and link to saving account..every month just pay u cc with saving...less hassle

Not directly.

But if you have M2U access and if your card application has been approved, the details will be appeared in M2U.
