Hi,

I need to record video tutorials with sound from a distance. I previously used this microphone attached to a smartphone. It works, but then the problem comes when I need to bring my phone around as well. I don't want wires dangling around and also don't want people to see a smartphone armband attached on the side. Video tutorials include walking, crouching (soil inspection), all kinds of movement. I found out that if the wires/phone is in the way, it makes showing tutorial work harder especially for cases where it is live experiment. I don't want to waste work material in a case of having to do a reshoot.

Any idea on how to use a lavalier microphone without interrupting work?

Why don't you get these type ?

Sennheiser AVX – MKE2 Lavalier Pro Set

I use FIFINE K037B for my work. So far i wont say it's as good as Sennheiser but get my job done.
