get something that come with glass door, so u can see whats happening inside without opening



still have different when compare it with deep fry, but still ok for most things, need to practice alot thats why glass is important.

honestly its alot easier on things that u can use

when you use oil to fry, usually you will need to do alot of cleaning, unless you have outdoor kitchen, and its more dangerous to use oil(accident do happen), also more healthy if you use less oil

i have 1 of the similar design at home thats why i suggested it

its actually easy to clean if you ignore the heating element, which is on the top, usually things dont go to the top, unless you put wrong thing into the fryer, ie powder.

cause when fryer start, air will circulate, if you put something with alot of powder, then they might blow upwards, then its your problem, like putting iron into washing machine, dont blame the washing machine go kaboom.

liquid or oil will just drip downwards, usually you have a tray at very bottom to collect oil, all you need is wash that frequently, and sometimes wipe the internal (leave the heating element on top untouched), and do not do it while its hot, its alot easier compare to use oil to deep fry, ALOT EASIER.

well if you able to know if the food is cooked or not without looking at it, then go ahead, im not a pro, i prefer to see whats happening than just guess
