Afaik, such things are not disclosed through MITI. It only stated whether you succeed or failed. If the former, further action are needed.

I am not sure how will this work. MITI payment due date is tomorrow, 1700hrs. Public ballot is logically scheduled after that when knowing the excess unit not being taken up.
